Ingredients

  • 20 oz. frozen cauliflower
  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli
  • 17 oz. can creamed corn
  • 17 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can onion rings
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower and broccoli according to package directions; drain.
  2. Cut up any large pieces; combine both cans of drained corn.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese and condensed cream of celery soup.
  4. Fold in cooked vegetables and sliced mushrooms in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. Toss onion rings with melted margarine; sprinkle on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
