Ingredients

  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 buns
  • 8 tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 (3/4-inch) patties.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the patties on a Webber kettle or similar grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  5. Place tomato slices on buns, add the grilled patties, and serve.
