Ingredients

  • 2 (1 lb.) packages raw ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs
  • 2/3 cup chopped celery
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried whole marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried whole rosemary
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped celery, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, beaten eggs, evaporated milk, chicken broth, dried marjoram, dried rosemary, and cream of chicken soup in a medium bowl; mix well.
  2. Place the mixture on a greased broiler rack and shape into a slightly rounded loaf, noting that the mixture will be soft.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until thoroughly cooked.
