Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oleo
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (12 oz.) can Spam, cubed

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, sauté onion and green pepper in oleo or butter until tender.
  2. Add Cheddar cheese soup, cream of celery soup, water, and seasonings; stir until well blended.
  3. Add cubed Spam and remaining ingredients to the mixture.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
