Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground thyme

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli according to package directions; drain.
  2. Combine the cooked broccoli with cooked rice, shredded cheese, beaten eggs, margarine, milk, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and ground thyme.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a greased, shallow 1-quart casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
