Ingredients

  • 1 large can pears
  • 1 large can peaches
  • 1 large can pineapple
  • 1 jar cherries
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from all the canned fruits and cherries.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add the brown sugar and curry powder to the melted butter and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the drained fruits in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour, or until heated through and bubbly.
