- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Stir in flour until blended.
- Gradually add chicken bouillon or 1 cup bouillon and 1 cup cream, stirring constantly.
- Add minced parsley, bread crumbs, beaten egg yolks, diced lobster meat, salt, and pepper.
- Whip egg whites until stiff but not dry.
- Gently fold whipped egg whites into the lobster mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a well oiled 9-inch ring mold.
- Bake until firm, about 20 minutes.
- Unmold and serve with Mushroom Sauce.
