Hot Macadamia Dip
A warm, creamy dip with chopped beef, crunchy macadamia nuts, and flavorful seasonings, perfect for entertaining or snacking with crackers and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 11 oz cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp milk ⓘ
- 2 1/2 oz jar dried chipped beef, shredded ⓘ
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion ⓘ
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic, minced ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger ⓘ
- 3/4 cup sour cream ⓘ
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped Macadamia nuts ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp butter or margarine ⓘ

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine softened cream cheese and milk in a bowl.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in shredded chipped beef, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, minced garlic, ground ginger, and sour cream.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Saute chopped macadamia nuts in butter until thoroughly glazed.
- Sprinkle the glazed nuts over the beef mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve hot with crackers.
