Ingredients

  • 11 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 2 1/2 oz jar dried chipped beef, shredded
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped Macadamia nuts
  • 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine softened cream cheese and milk in a bowl.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in shredded chipped beef, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, minced garlic, ground ginger, and sour cream.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Saute chopped macadamia nuts in butter until thoroughly glazed.
  7. Sprinkle the glazed nuts over the beef mixture in the baking dish.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
  9. Serve hot with crackers.
