  3. Do not drain the mixture after standing.
  4. Boil the vegetable mixture for 10 minutes or until done.
  5. Combine white vinegar, sugar, flour, prepared mustard, and turmeric; bring to a boil.
  6. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the vegetable mixture and mix well.
  7. Pour the relish into sterilized jars and seal.
