Ingredients

  • 5 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 10 oz. mushroom soup
  • 10 oz. broccoli soup
  • 15 oz. Veg-All, drained
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Cut cooked chicken breasts into cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mushroom soup, broccoli soup, drained Veg-All, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and chicken broth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers evenly over the top.
  5. Melt margarine and pour it over the cracker crumbs.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
