A hearty chicken roll-up with savory vegetables and flaky biscuit crust, perfect for comforting family dinners or casual gatherings with rich flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small can pimento
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 1 large package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup frozen green beans
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. After chicken is cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces, add remaining ingredients along with a small amount of chicken stock.
  2. Cook until vegetables are just done.
  3. Let the mixture cool.
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 recipes of Bisquick biscuits, roll into a large rectangle, and spread over the chicken mixture.
  5. Roll up the dough and place on a large cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375°F.
  7. Serve with chicken gravy.
