A hearty baked casserole combining ground beef, noodles, and creamy tomato sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese. Perfect for comforting family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 can water
  • 1 (8 oz) package noodles
  • 1 small cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then add chopped onions and green peppers.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of salt to the meat mixture.
  3. Stir in the tomato soup and water, then cook until heated through.
  4. Cook noodles according to package directions with salt, then drain.
  5. Stir the cooked noodles and small cream cheese into the meat mixture until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
