- Add Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of salt to the meat mixture.
- Stir in the tomato soup and water, then cook until heated through.
- Cook noodles according to package directions with salt, then drain.
- Stir the cooked noodles and small cream cheese into the meat mixture until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
