Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Margarine
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 3.5 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto slightly oiled cookie sheets coated with PAM spray.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
