Ingredients

  • pork chops
  • butter or margarine
  • onions
  • flour
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 1 can beef consomme
  • 1 can sliced peaches, drained

Instructions

  1. Flour the pork chops and fry in butter until browned.
  2. Add finely chopped onions to the skillet and cook until translucent.
  3. Sprinkle the pork chops with garlic salt and pepper.
  4. Pour in the can of beef consomme and the drained sliced peaches.
