Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons green peppers
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup crushed crackers, unsalted
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Break eggs into a bowl and beat slightly.
  2. Add all ingredients except the crushed corn flakes.
  3. Stir quickly with a fork to combine.
  4. Divide the mixture into six parts.
  5. Shape each part into an oblong loaf.
  6. Roll each loaf in crushed corn flakes to coat.
  7. Place the loaves in a greased pan.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes.
