Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced King crab meat
  • 2 cups cooked thin noodles
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup sherry wine
  • 1 1/2 cups white sauce
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine crab with cooked noodles, olives, almonds, chopped eggs, and sherry in a bowl.
  2. Fold in white sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
