Ingredients
- 17 oz. can green peas ⓘ
- 16 oz. can cut green beans ⓘ
- 17 oz. can 3 bean salad ⓘ
- 1/2 cup sliced green olives ⓘ
- 12 oz. jar green pepperoncini
- 8 oz. can sliced mushrooms ⓘ
- 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings ⓘ
- 1 large green pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 cup sugar ⓘ
- 2/3 cup wine vinegar ⓘ
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic, crushed ⓘ
Instructions
- Drain vegetables and combine green peas, green beans, 3 bean salad, sliced green olives, green pepperoncini, sliced mushrooms, and sliced onion rings in a large bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, mix sugar, wine vinegar, salad oil, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
