Ingredients

  • 17 oz. can green peas
  • 16 oz. can cut green beans
  • 17 oz. can 3 bean salad
  • 1/2 cup sliced green olives
  • 12 oz. jar green pepperoncini
  • 8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Instructions

  1. Drain vegetables and combine green peas, green beans, 3 bean salad, sliced green olives, green pepperoncini, sliced mushrooms, and sliced onion rings in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix sugar, wine vinegar, salad oil, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to coat evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
