Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Beat slightly until well combined.
  3. Add crushed saltine crackers and remaining ingredients to the mixture.
  4. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  5. Shape the mixture into four loaves.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 50 minutes.
