Mexican Franks
Mexican Franks are flavorful, cheesy wraps filled with chili, chili peppers, and frankfurters, perfect for a hearty snack or quick meal that appeals to all ages.

Instructions
- Combine chili, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, minced onions, and hot sauce to make the chili mixture.
- Place a frankfurter in the center of each tortilla.
- Top each frankfurter with 2 tablespoons of the chili mixture.
- Roll up the tortillas and place seam side down in a lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and set aside.
- Combine the remaining chili mixture with the tomato sauce and pour over the assembled tortillas.
- Sprinkle chopped chilies over the top.
- Cover and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Uncover and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
