- Wash peppers.
- Combine egg, 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce, seasoned croutons, dried onion flakes, and pepper, stirring well.
- Stuff peppers with the meat mixture and place them in a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish.
- Cover loosely with wax paper.
- Microwave on High for 12 to 14 minutes, giving the dish a half turn after 6 minutes.
- Spoon a small amount of remaining spaghetti sauce over the tops of peppers.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Heat remaining spaghetti sauce and serve with peppers.
