Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
  • 2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the cream cheese into the flour using a pastry blender until well combined.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the mixture.
  3. Mix well and knead until the dough is smooth.
