Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 small bottle catsup
  • 1 small bottle water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, chopped onion, and milk well.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf shape.
  3. Mix catsup, water, vinegar, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce and pour over the meat loaf.
  4. Bake, covered, for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
