Instructions
- Cook garlic, onion, and celery in Wesson oil in a large kettle.
- Stir in Hunt's tomato paste and the next seven ingredients.
- Bring to a boil; cover and simmer slowly for 1 hour.
- Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
- Cook for 15 minutes more.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese before serving.
