Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. butter flake rolls
  • 1 (4 oz.) can cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Split the butter flake rolls in half until flat.
  3. Place the flattened rolls into the muffin tin cups.
  4. Add cooked shrimp on top of each roll.
  5. In a bowl, beat the egg, heavy cream, minced onion, salt, dill weed, and red pepper until well combined.
  6. Pour approximately 2 teaspoons of the egg mixture into each muffin cup.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over each filled muffin cup.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
