Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine 1/2 cup of cream of mushroom soup with ground beef. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Add all other ingredients except the remaining soup and mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a shallow pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Blend the remaining soup with 1/4 cup water.
  6. Heat the soup mixture and serve it alongside the mushroom beef loaf.
