Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 c fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c water

Instructions

  1. Measure out 1/4 cup of cream of mushroom soup.
  2. Combine this with ground beef, bread crumbs, minced onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and the beaten egg. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Brown the meatballs in a nonstick frypan.
  4. Blend the remaining cream of mushroom soup with water.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the meatballs.
  6. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve with noodles or rice.
