Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, quick-cooking oatmeal, beaten egg, chopped onion, salt, pepper, catsup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in a roasting pan.
  4. Pour undiluted cream of mushroom soup over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour until cooked through.
