Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • flour

Instructions

  1. Combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, margarine, water, brown sugar, catsup, salt, and mustard in a bowl.
  2. Mix well and pour into a shallow dish.
  3. Roll chicken breasts in flour to coat, then dip into the sauce mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken in a greased pan and cover.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 300°F and continue baking for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
