- Soak oats in orange juice and boiling water for 15 minutes.

- Add soaked oats, eggs or Egg Beaters, raisins, chopped nuts, oat bran, flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla to the creamed mixture.
- Mix until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into a greased muffin pan.
