- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine bread crumbs and minced onion in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in eggs and milk until well blended.
- Add ground ham, pepper, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the mixture.
- Pat the mixture into a large loaf pan.
- Press brown sugar on top of the loaf.
- Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
- After 1 hour, remove foil and baste the top with melted brown sugar.
- Replace foil and continue baking for 90 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for the remaining 30 minutes.
- Serve directly from the pan.
