  1. Sauté the onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Mix the cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, butter, eggs, sautéed onion and green pepper with the cornbread mix.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and spread sour cream on top.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese over the sour cream.
  7. Return to the oven until the cheese melts.
