- Sauté the onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
- Mix the cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, butter, eggs, sautéed onion and green pepper with the cornbread mix.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spread sour cream on top.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the sour cream.
- Return to the oven until the cheese melts.
