- Make up pie crust and chill.
- Boil chicken in water. Debone and cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Cover the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 9-inch pan or large casserole dish with the chicken.
- Top with sliced hard-boiled eggs.
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken stock slowly and cook until thickened.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and eggs.
- Roll out the pie crust and place it on top of the filling.
