Overnight Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can green beans, drained ⓘ
- 1 (1 lb.) can wax beans, drained ⓘ
- 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (1 lb.) can lima beans, drained ⓘ
- 1 (1 lb.) can garbanzo beans, drained ⓘ
- 1/2 c. sliced green onion ⓘ
- 1 c. celery, thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. sugar ⓘ
- 3/4 c. vinegar ⓘ
- 1/2 c. salad oil ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine beans, onion, celery and green pepper.
- Mix remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
