Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups broth
  • 1 bunch kintsay or Chinese leeks
  • 1 bundle first class bijon China rice sticks
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon MSG

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic in cooking oil; add onions, carrot, and cabbage. Season with soy sauce and fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add broth and simmer; add kintsay or Chinese leeks.
  3. When vegetables are cooked, mix in soaked and drained bijon rice sticks and season with salt and MSG.
  4. Garnish with chorizo and spring onions.
