- Cook spinach as directed and drain.
- Saute onions in butter until transparent.
- Add stuffing mix to sauteed onions and mix well.

- Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls and freeze on a cookie sheet.
- Keep frozen in plastic bags until ready to bake.
