Ingredients
- 1 lb pork, cut into 1-inch cubes ⓘ

- dash of pepper ⓘ
- 2 tablespoon oil ⓘ
- 1 cup sliced celery ⓘ
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 1 small onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1 (13 oz) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
- 3/4 cup ketchup ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix and shake the pork with flour, salt, and pepper, then brown in oil.
- Add remaining ingredients, including pineapple, vegetables, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
- Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, adding mushrooms during cooking.
