Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (13 oz) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix and shake the pork with flour, salt, and pepper, then brown in oil.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, including pineapple, vegetables, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
  3. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, adding mushrooms during cooking.
  4. Serve over 4 cups of cooked rice.
