Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, honey, toasted wheat germ, and nonfat dry milk; mix well.
  2. Stir in raisins.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls.
  4. Roll the balls in coconut, coating well.
  5. Store covered in the refrigerator.
