- Mix together the cream cheese, flour, and butter by hand until dough does not stick to sides of bowl.
- Refrigerate the dough until well chilled.
- Mix the remaining ingredients to prepare the filling.
- Take the dough from the refrigerator and shape into shells using miniature muffin tins.
- Do not grease the tins.
- Put a spoonful of nut filling into each shell.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool in tins and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
