Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 can white corn, drained
  • 1 can French green beans, drained
  • 1 can small peas, drained
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, water, and celery seed in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour the hot dressing over the drained vegetables and diced vegetables in a large bowl.
  4. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
