Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon, diced, dried and drained
  • 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large onion, chopped and sautéed
  • 1 1/2 cups catsup
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 3 tablespoons crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix bacon, ground chuck, and sautéed onion in a large bowl.
  2. Blend in catsup, vinegar, and brown sugar.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or cook in a crock-pot for 2 to 3 hours.
