Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey or chicken cutlets

  • 2 red peppers

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Slice turkey into 1/8-inch thick pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and sweetener.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat.
  4. Add half of the turkey and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Remove turkey from the skillet.
  6. Add the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil and the rest of the turkey to the skillet; stir-fry until lightly browned.
  7. Remove turkey from the skillet.
  8. Add chopped green peppers, red peppers, sliced onion, and minced garlic to the same skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes.
  9. Stir the prepared sauce mixture into the vegetables and cook until combined.
  10. Return the turkey to the skillet and cook until tender.
  11. In a glass measuring cup, combine water and cornstarch.
  12. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the skillet and bring to a boil until the sauce thickens.
