Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 16 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 3/4 pound vanilla wafers, crushed
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter until smooth.
  2. Gradually add sugar and continue creaming until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs, drained crushed pineapple, chopped walnuts, and cream to the mixture.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth and well incorporated.
  5. Layer the mixture with crushed vanilla wafers in a serving dish, repeating layers as desired.
  6. Refrigerate until set, then top with whipped cream before serving.
