Pineapple Chutney

Ingredients
- 2 limes ⓘ
- 1 jalapeno chile, finely chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped ⓘ
- 3/4 cup brown sugar ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits or ripe pineapple, chopped small ⓘ
- 2 oranges, peeled and chopped or 1 can of mandarins ⓘ
- 1 cup dark raisins ⓘ
- 1 can tomato soup ⓘ
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese ⓘ
- 1 1/2 envelopes of Knox gelatin
- 2 diced hard boiled eggs ⓘ
- 3/4 cup diced celery ⓘ
- 1/2 cup diced onion ⓘ
- 2 drops Tabasco or horseradish ⓘ
- 1 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Put the mixture into smaller containers and cover them, such as with plastic butter dishes.
- Refrigerate or chill for at least an hour.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables as a dip.
