Ingredients
- 4 lb. pork spareribs ⓘ
- 1 cup brown sugar ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch ⓘ
- 1 tsp. celery salt ⓘ
- 1 tsp. ginger ⓘ
- 1/4 cup soy sauce ⓘ
- 1/2 cup water ⓘ
- 1/4 cup minced onions ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup wine or cider vinegar ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. shredded orange rind ⓘ
- 4 dashes Tabasco sauce ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple ⓘ
Instructions
- Cut ribs into serving-size pieces, 3 to 4 ribs wide.
- Arrange them in a shallow roasting pan.
- Cover pan with aluminum foil; crimp foil tightly to edge of pan.
- Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
