Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut or vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon coriander
  • 3 pounds boneless pork, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Instructions

  1. In a shallow glass dish, combine all ingredients except pork.
  2. Add pork, coating with marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain pork; reserve marinade.
  4. Thread pork onto skewers.
  5. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes or until done, basting with the reserved marinade.
