Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries, sliced in half
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease or line 20 muffin cups with paper liners.
  3. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and allspice.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, white sugar, and brown sugar.
  5. Add the beaten eggs and pumpkin to the mixture and blend well.
