Pumpkin Spice Roll

Instructions
- Beat eggs 5 minutes (until foamy).
- Gradually add sugar, stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
- Sift dry ingredients and fold in (do not use mixer).
- Coat large cookie sheet with Pam, spread mixture in pan and top with nuts.
- Bake 15 minutes at 375°.
- Turn out on (powdered sugar) towel (don't let cool in pan).
- Roll towel and cake together, let cook, unroll, remove towel, spread on filling, roll back up and chill.
