Ingredients

  • 4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 6 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 2 tsp. baking soda

Instructions

  1. Cream together brown sugar, eggs, and oil.
  2. Add pumpkin, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cloves, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix well until combined.
  4. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 10 to 15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
