Quiche-A-Roni

Instructions
- Prepare Rice-A-Roni, using 2 1/2 cups water and cook as directed on the package.
- Cool the Rice-A-Roni.
- Spoon Rice-A-Roni into a 10-inch buttered quiche pan or pie plate and mold up the sides to form a shell.
- In a small frying pan, sauté onions and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Combine the sautéed onions, mushrooms, grated Swiss cheese, half and half, beaten eggs, nutmeg, salt, and pepper; pour into the shell.
- Top with bacon.
- Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes or until set.
- Cool for 5 minutes and cut into wedges.
