Ranch Beef Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 None small onion, grated
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 4 None hamburger buns, halved, toasted
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, leaves torn
  • 2 None tomatoes, sliced
  • None None Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 clove garlic, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg and mustard. Season to taste and mix well. Shape into 4 even patties.
  2. Heat an oiled, non-stick frying pan on medium. Cook patties 5-7 minutes each side, until cooked through. Keep warm.
  3. To make ranch dressing: in a small bowl, mix all ingredients together. Season to taste.
  4. Place each burger patty in a bun. Top each with ranch dressing, lettuce and tomato slices. Serve with sliced dill pickles.
